My kids

Here are some random pictures of the kids. The first one is of my shy little Zander. When you look at him and smile/talk to him, he always puts his hands over his eyes-one palm up, the other palm down. He also usually turns his head to the side. He is so shy! It is so silly. Connor is not shy at all, but after watching his brother he is starting to turn his head to the side sometimes also. He usually looks back quickly though.

The other picture is Ellie pulling Connor around on the blanket. Connor loves it. He laughs and laughs. Zander will sit there watching them and clapping or laughing, but when you put Zander on the blanket so he can try it he starts crying. He only likes to watch his brother doing it.

Connor also likes to crawl around with something in his mouth. His preference is a sock if he can get one. He is such a silly boy!

Happy Birthday to my sweety. It was on the 19th of February. Ellie was so excited that she had some money (her own money) to shop for dad's present. She bought him his favorite candy, Junior Mints. She wanted something else (her favorite candy), so it was a good lesson on how we buy gifts for people. Grandma is here visiting so we got to all go out for dinner at Outback (my suggestion). It was very good!

Happy belated birthday to a great father and husband-I couldn't ask for anyone better. (noone else could put up with me anyway =) )

I guess the first thing that happened besids day after day of unpacking was Valenties Day. Ellie went to a party at the Gibson estate and she had so much fun. They made placemats and decorated cupcakes. Connor really liked Bella and thought it was fun to see another little one like him. Zander didn't really notice, he just wanted me to hold him. (I know, I keep telling him that no one likes a mama's boy).

Temporary internet

While I have temporary internet at the hopsital I will try to make a few updates to the blog. We still have no internet at home. We are going with Time Warner and they are slow, slow, slow. Anyway, while I am here at the hopsital with Connor I thought i would try to do some updates.
First, Connor went to the hospital on Sunday morning and was admitted with breathing difficulties from croup. It is Thursday and we are still here and hoping to be released on Friday. He is doing much better today. I have been keeping myself busy getting updated on everyone else's blog and watching shows that I missed before we got our DVR, that sort of stuff. And I brought my books with me-Tracie and Dawn-you girls know which ones =). And of course taking care of Connor occupies my time.
Connor is so cute. Levine is a teaching hospital so every morning during rounds there are about 6 doctors in the room talking about his case. Every morning he sits up and waves at them and smiles, even at his worst he was still smiling.

Now I will attempt to post a few blogs about what has been going on besides unpacking and the hospital stay. I have not gotten around to taking pictures of the house, but I promise I will when we get home-I know some of you are waiting.
