What kind of crazy woman goes to the zoo on the hottest day of the week with 14 other children and 5 other women? Yes, that would be me. When we pulled into the parking lot Connor said "zoo" and clapped. He was excited.

Strawberry Picking

On Friday, we went strawberry picking. It was such a beautiful day for it and the strawberries...well, you just look at them. They were delicious! I made a strawberry pie Friday night with them. MMM...sooooo good! The kids had so much fun and the boys did really well. I wasn't sure how they would do since I am always having to chase them at home, but they stayed with me and obeyed fairly well for 2 yr olds. Unfortuneatly, the play ground was closed for school tours, but we still had fun.

The flowers were so pretty. I wanted to buy them and start planting. (which is saying a lot since I don't like to dig in dirt)

Even when she is crying she is so cute. She even has an adorable cry.

Ellie at 5 and boys at 2

Ellie at 5- Ellie is the sillest girl. She is so fun and loving. She loves playing with her friends and her brothers. She really loves her brothers and loves helping them. She cheers for them as they climb the stairs or try to do something new. She loves playing dress up or mommy and daddy with Gracie and Piper, but she also loves to play bad guys or secret spies with the boys, Lucas and Sammy. She also loves to color and play games. She enjoys music and singing and makes up her own songs. She also loves to read books with us. She is a passionate little girl, which at this age, translates to lots of drama. She is getting so big! I can't believe she is five!

Zander at 2-Zander doesn't like his picture to be taken. Can you tell? He bites whenever I try to sit him by Ellie and Connor for a picture. He is still a shy little boy, but it doesn't take him as long to warm up to new people. He wants to figure out how things work. He loves big trucks, tools, or anything that makes a loud noise. He loves to play outside and loves going down the slide. He is attached to his blue blanket and his little blue bear. He wants them everywhere. Sometimes he can be the sweetest little boy. Sometimes when Connor cries, he goes and gets his (Connor's)stuffed animal and brings it to him. Sometimes he can be so caring for a 2 year old.

They still hold hands and I think that is too cute!








The boys can make each other laugh like noone else. They do things to get each other giggling like I have never heard before. It is so cute to watch. They can also be so mean to each other, pulling hair, banging heads, hitting, bitting, etc....but they can also be so loving. If I tell Connor, "you may not" and Connor starts crying (which usually happens), Zander will give him a hug or start crying with him. They usually play together. They are so fun (well, usually).

Connor at 2-What can you say about this little boy? He is always laughing or crying. There is usually no in between. He LOVES music and dancing. If it makes music, he wants to play with it. He also likes reading books. He is attached to his green blanket and has to have it everywhere he goes. He also became attached to one of Ellie's lambies. He calls it LeeLee. He has to have LeeLee and his blanket all the time. He always asks mommy for smoochies (kissing on his belly). It is so cute. He lifts up his shirt and says "moochie, moochie". He is usually following Zander around and getting into whatever he is getting into. Zander can't get far without Connor running after him. He loves shoes and he loves wearing his flipflops. He loves playing outside and swinging.
