We are still here

we have moved in but we still don't have Internet (or tv-no Lost). I am using tim's iphone to do this. Unpacking is a HUGE job (as many of you know) so we have a lot left to do. We have enjoyed the new house. Wednesday we had 7deer in our back yard. I showed ellie and she wanted to know if they could fly. Apparently she thought they were Santa's reindeer. On Thursday we had a bat in our house . This really freaked me out! It was hanging from the bottom of the kitchen cabnets. Lindsay came down and helped me get the kids out while tim called animal control from work. I guess we have to be careful about keeping our doors and windows shut.
Moving has been very very busy and I wanted to thank everyone who helped us move and unpack. Also thank you girls who cleaned our apartment for us and those that brought us some very tasty meals! You all have helped us so much!! Thank you!!!!!!

Moving

YEAH!!! We are moving today. We will only be able to be reached by our cell phones for awhile and I will have email a little using Tim's iphone. I will post pictures when we get internet service at our new house. Got to go pack! =)

No rest for the weary

I was going through my pictures and realized that I forgot to post a few from Grandpa and Grandma's visit. One day Grandpa tried to take a nap. In our house that is impossible. Here is what happened when Grandpa tried to rest-he was assaulted. (the first two pictures). And Grandma never got any rest either because Ellie always wanted to play school or church with Grandma. She must have spent hours playing in her room. I know Ellie and the boys had fun with their Granpdarents and I am glad they were able to come for a visit.

Sweet boys

Overlook the mess and see what the boys are doing. They are holding hands. It is so sweet. They have been doing that a lot more lately. Their car seats are next to each other and very often I will look back at them and they are holding hands while in their seats. They have been interacting more and more with each other, especially while playing with their toys. I love watching them together-so cute.

Dreaming

Ellie has started telling us her dreams. It is sometimes funny to hear what little kids dream about. Sunday morning Ellie woke up early crying and saying she had a bad dream. I asked her what it was about. I was expecting something horrible because the other day she said she had a dream that mommy and daddy got lost. When I asked her if she was scared she said no because God was always watching out for her. So, when she was crying, I thought maybe she had a dream about a whabageeba (big foot like creature that Ellie made up). So I held her and asked what her dream was about. "Mommy, I dreamed that a ladybug bit me." I started laughing-I couldn't help myself.

Monkey Joes

Grandma and Grandpa Balts were able to come to Charlotte for a visit. They arrived on the 4th and the kids have been having so much fun with them. Grandma and Grandpa took Ellie to Monkey Joes on Wednesday. She loves going there and she had so much fun.
